The mobile app was not functioning, so we attempted to place an order at the kiosk located at stall number 14 in Ardmore. The staff member taking our order could not hear us through the speaker, and the card reader at the kiosk was also not working. After walking out without being able to successfully place our order, the manager stated that they were unable to honor anything from the app, claiming it was out of their control. Overall, the service was deemed as horrible.
The restaurant wasn't very busy when we arrived. We pulled up to one of the drive-up kiosks and tried to place our order by pushing the button. However, after waiting for 10 minutes, no one acknowledged our presence or took our order, even though they were attending to the drive-thru customers who were being served quickly. We decided to skip this restaurant and went across the street to McDonald's instead. The service at this restaurant was rated as 1 out of 5.
Stopped here when we were coming home from Florida. Everything was great. I will say sonic like everyone else has raise their prices. Spent $60 for me and my wife and four kids. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch
