This is the second time recently that I've ordered from Sonic and received the items I requested, but I got the coldest cheeseburger I've ever had—the cheese wasn't even melted. The delivery was quick, so I can't blame the dasher. However, Sonic didn't include any of the add-ons I asked for. Most recently, the hot dog with chili and cheese barely had any of either. The pretzel didn't come with any sauce, and I know there's an "apparent shortage" of cheese sauce, but they usually send mustard instead, and I didn't get that either. It's disappointing to spend so much on fast food and not even receive the simple items as ordered.
The customer service was excellent, and our food arrived quickly and hot. The Reese's Sonic Blast had the perfect consistency. Our server was polite and checked if we needed anything else. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.
Went twice this week. We had the BBQ sandwiches, which were tough end cut meat on dry buns, uneatable. Milk shakes were excellent. Tots and beverages were wonderful on second day.
People around here underestimate Sonic; it's still incredible! The food is amazing, and I really appreciate the delicious, hearty burgers!
