Ordered a drink with fruit in it (cherry limeaid) and CONSTANTLY get handed drinks without Cherry or Lime. I have even added fruit to the drinks and have not gotten them. I have asked at the window you put the fruit in it right? and told yes. Only to find no fruit when I finihsed the drink or slush. This constant issue still needs to be fixed. Someone also need to talk to John/Jon about his attitude toward customers. He has been consistantly rude when I have gone through inside or outside. Acts like it takes so much time to help a customer.
This Sonic location is exceptionally disappointing. I've visited several Sonics, and this one is by far the worst. The cheeseburger and chicken we ordered were unappetizing, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment was lacking. The service at the counter was poor, and both the bathrooms and dining area were dirty and unpleasant. I won't be returning. I'm astonished that a food establishment can operate under such conditions. I'll be contacting the town of New Milford, as I’m genuinely concerned someone might get sick dining here.
In this economy it can be hard to afford lunch every day with the prices that all the other fast foods are charging.. I never skip a sonic Monday when it's two corn dogs for a dollar. How can you argue with that? The tots are always great. My only complaint is that the mello yello never tastes the way that it should. It seems like it has some vanilla or something in it which really taints the taste. And that's too bad because it's hard to find mello yello around here.

Food/drinks are ok. They messed up my items a couple times, like ordering oreo shake and getting snickers. (Have allergies). Line was too long to fix it, so I just gave it away. Couple times I ordered a shake it was literally 1/4 shake and the rest whipped cream (5 bucks). When asked for receipt they gave me an attitude about it and the person getting it handing to the person at the window gave me an attitude too and had this nasty look on her face
I waited 10 minutes just to place my order, and then it took another 10 minutes for my food to arrive. The chicken sandwich I received was surprisingly small, almost like a child's portion, especially for a meal that cost $9. I definitely won't be returning. The service was poor, and the food didn't meet my expectations either.
The food was just okay. The milkshake didn’t have as many mix-ins as the pictures suggested. We waited 15 minutes for our meals and another 5 minutes for our milkshakes. The ordering process was also quite inefficient, as we had to repeat ourselves multiple times.
It's in a horrible spot. I guess that's OK because the food and service are abominable. The drive up server was more worried about the cars behind me than taking my order. THERE WASN'T A CAR BEHIND ME. The food and service match each other TERRIBLE.

Bad location they doesn?t have idea what they are doing!!! If you order online never you get your order , drinks are just 90% ice 10% juice I don?t recommend!!!
I give this place 5 stars just for the pup cup! The human food was great as well.
