It's always fresh and made just as I order it, and the wait is never super long, given I always mobile order. The service is not always the best, which never helps with my horrible social anxiety but today I met Briana. She is the best fast good worker i've ever encountered, and working in fast food, I know how challenging it can be to keep composure with a complicated customer. Worst experience at Sonic. It's unfortunate that this is the only location near our hometown. The staff, mostly teenagers, just sit on their phones while customers wait for assistance. I sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes before having to walk up to the window to get served. There were five kids inside the restaurant doing nothing. It consistently takes 10 to 20 minutes to receive your order, and it's usually incorrect. Food rating: 2/10.

I waited 25 minutes at the window to be served. After spending $50 on food, by the time I got home just a 5-minute drive away, everything was cold and unappetizing. I tried to call to complain, but the phone was off the hook and the voicemail was full. My only option for resolving this issue seems to be driving back and waiting another 25 minutes in line, hoping they will correct the situation. Service: Takeout.
