Last weekend on our yearly family vacation we stopped at Sonny’s BBQ. The whole experience was amazing, our server name was Jamie and she was excellent. From the minute she walked to our table, she recommended some of her favorite items on the menu that she thought we would like, and some that weren't popular with guests. She made sure to let us know if our food was delayed and was always right around the corner if we needed anything else. Would highly recommend her when you go to this restaurant. She was friendly, polite, and great with conversation. Tip well when visiting her or this restaurant everyone truly deserves it
I'm still not happy that the salatable is closed. they should offer everything they can eat salat on the teller if we can not have salatable. we had the loaded tickets that were very good. we have waited to order our sandwiches until we are close to our salad. probably we were full and could not eat the pork sandwiches on garlic bread. but I took 2 bits and wish I ordered the sandwiches first. the black is delicate and shiny with a high gloss as they want. when it's dry, send it back. the taste of pork is tasteful. I'm gonna eat my sandwich now.
I have to give a huge shot out to Shauna!!! She is the best bartender/server!!! I have been a repeat customer for several years because she is so amazing! Shauna makes amazing drinks and always makes sure I have a great experience. She is very fast and friendly. She is very attentive as well!! The food is great and she is the best hands down!!! So if you want great food, great drinks, and a great dine experience check this Sonny’s out and ask for Shauna!!!!
We love coming to Sonny’s in Sanford, FL! The food is consistently delicious and served up quickly. The service is great: Jamie W is the best. She makes us feel welcome, valued and appreciated every time we visit, so we always ask to sit at her tables. Omar, the host, is another outstanding employee.
