Sopna Indian - Table reservation

Ordered on the just eat app just before 18:00 on a Saturday night. Food time was estimated to be around 18:50 and 19:10. However as we were patiently waiting for the food 20 minutes had passed and it was 19:30 and still no food arrived. Got a notification from the app saying that the food was delivered but that was a lie. Called the resteraunt then to ask where the food was. The guy on the phone then lied to us and said it was on it’s way! 10 minutes later still no sign of the food. Got a notification on the app saying it will be estimated around 20:00 that the food will arrive. It didn’t arrive until 20:10. Really lovely people. We arrived at the restaurant, only to find that we had mistakenly booked a table at a different restaurant! Regardless, we were quickly seated and made to feel welcome. Unfortunately, I started to feel unwell before I had even ordered any food (nothing to do with the restaurant), so I asked for a simple takeaway and if the restaurant could recommend a taxi company to take me back to our hotel. They produced the food quickly and a member of staff kindly drove me back to my hotel, rather than having to wait and pay for a taxi. They were incredibly kind and helpful and I am very grateful to them.

We always visit this restaurant when we are hiking or climbing in the area. The food is always fantastic and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it!
