Mein Besuch mit Freunden im Sosein ist bereits etwas her; allerdings ärgere ich mich noch so sehr, dass ich mich für diese Bewertung extra hier angemeldet habe. Zunächst hat sich das Konzept ursprünglicher, regionaler und vor allem saisonaler Sterneküche sehr interessant angehört. Der Fokus des Restaurants liegt dabei allerdings nicht auf der Zubereitung, sondern auf der "Beschaffung" der Produkte. Nach eigenen Angaben pflückt, sammelt und baut der Koch das Gemüse und die Kräuter selbst an. Er kennt die Erzeuger und Tiere.Die Zubereitung wird meiner Meinung nach hingegen vernachlässigt. we traveled around Europe and searched for a gastronomic stop as usual. After a long time on michelin’s web page I found so much! young and friendly team, seasonal and local products, we had to go there absolutely. sad on the website it was completely booked. I was looking for others, but I couldn't stop thinking about being like that. I told my man, let's play the lucky card. we were invited to go there and maybe they have 'll a cancellation ... and we did well because they were a cancellation for a table of 4: only chic, as we had at our 2 small girls (2 and 5 yo.) we had a fantastic evening in the best restaurant of our life (and we went to a crowd gastronomic restaurant all over the worl...
the lower gaststube is small, a vaulted cellar. of 4 tables were occupied on Friday 3. first come 4 sog prologgänge so preamuse guille, which like all other passages are explained wordful and minutiös in order to make the gast so well the elaborate production clear. small ugly in the middle of the table but well made. after that the actual menue with small but not too small portions made very precise, but no quite great taste explosion- altogether reminds of the young andre köthe with many extracts from the garden- the dessert with the attempt to create a sweet tasty dessert, also went wrong with it! all in all a enrichment menu for the region that is after part for the operators
service is associated with the high price level ~180€/person with beverage offering with much improvement potential. served several times false water despite the complaining. the teller before the face of most gaste above the table served (enriched) and served. after which the seller has not tasted as a companion drink, this was not discussed or offered replacement. Unfortunately, the dessert did not meet our expectations here, we had to discuss with the chef, but unfortunately we did not get a replacement. the points were communicated to the restaurant in writing, unfortunately there was no reaction in this view.

in the ambiente we felt very comfortable, the service was very attentive and friendly. the quality of the food was supplemented informatiw by the explanations. the new taste experiences with local products in an exceptional menu order will prompt us to come back. a new recommendable address for a gourmet or a gourmet.
an experience of the special kind we want to repeat. also a longer drive we will take back to us. the walks were unique and thoughtful. the explanations very interesting and expert. the service impeccable. and all this french colored . in whole franken my knowledge after incomparable . great further so
no restaurant to go down just once. it requires all the senses and irritates the taste nerves to the outermost. if you allow yourself a culinary pleasure of the special kind.
To get surprises and enjoy the normal taste experiences, this is ideally suited. the selected environmental profile presents this excellent. a good evening!
