South City Kitchen is a midtown cat! The food (Shrimp and Grieß, Pig) was amazingly just excelled by the cookies! and the service was friendly and immaculate. We had 'outdoor' seats on their closed terrace. The temperature was pleasant on the terrace, although quite moderately outside the housing; but with outdoor seats you can definitely hear the music and chaos from the restaurant next door. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant culinary experience with delicious food, convenient to the Woodruff Center and the Symphony.
Due to the flight delays some of our family came later! We were later accommodated, although the restaurant was very busy! We could have a wonderful dinner together as a family after we haven't seen each other for a long time! Thank you. We appreciated that! This is our second time in South City Kitchen Midtown and we are definitely back! What a wonderful meal!
Wonderful southern charm, great cornbread…. We appreciate the GF and MGF notations. Would be nice to have one more vegetarian GF option on the menu. Keep those fried green tomatoes forever!
The noise level was a bit loud but tolerable, have to say the food and menu options were fair but not exceptional, overall an OK experience, not sure if I would return anytime soon.
