I have tried both your dim sims and spring rolls the other day for the first time in 6 7 years. They are very different they are not the same recipe the spring rolls are mushy you used to be able to bite into them and you could see the cabbage an pieces of meat now its just pulverised mush and the shape of them is very odd. The dim sims are much the same in texture and soft when bite into them. I have been eating these for over 50 years and the current output is very different. You need to go back to the original recipe. It must be the way you mass produce them now because it is just mashy dim sims and spring rolls.
