I’ve been coming to this South St. Burger for years now and it’s the last one that’s open in my area. Over the years the quality of the food has stayed amazing and the staff there are all very friendly and welcoming. Even though their prices are a bit high, you’re definitely paying for the quality and taste of the food as this place still sits as the number one burger joint in my list. The burgers were fantastic and I especially enjoyed the option of choosing my own bun. Additionally, the service was exceptional. My husband, baby, and I came to celebrate my birthday and the manager went above and beyond to make us feel special. We are very grateful for the wonderful experience.
Jordan is amazing. He helped and explained the menu to me even down to the prices! He also watched my stuff for me because I had to run out quickly. He’s truly incredible. I would go back just for him! Food was great and fresh too.
It wasn't the worst dining experience I've had, but I have never been in a restaurant that smelled so terrible. The quality of the food was poor as well, and it seemed like the ingredients had been sitting around for a long time.

I came to get sweet potato fries for takeout. Paid $8.99 for a large box but it was barely half full. Isn’t this level of shrinkflation kind of embarrassing? At least fill the box if you are going to charge that much.
Long wait. Burger was so burnt I could barely eat it. I woulda tossed it but I spent $30 and waited so long to get it. Shoulda went to McDonald’s.
