Southern Blues Harford Road

Our first experience was great, but the second time was terrible. We ordered food from the website and got an email back it was sent. Then another email about 10 minutes later the restaurant has not yet responded to the order and we need to call it. If I tell you we called about 20 times, I'm not even dramatic. It would only ring for a while and they would say the VM for faster service, order online THATS, which we in the FIRST PLACE. You could also talk to a man or send a voicemail to them. Of course they didn't answer, so let's say 1 we'd wait a little longer and then say a second about 30 minutes later, we didn't want our order anymore and don't want to be charged. Sooo I had to give this place an attempt, I read the reviews before I ordered, I needed some good soul food in a late night... so here we go, I called the restaurant to place an order no one answered, so I used the online order from their website, I forced my fiancé to buy food, so I can pick up. I ordered the Turkey Wing platter w/ Kohl Potatoes the Turkey wing plate came on a bed of rice with gravure whips, he ordered a simple fried chicken wing with Mac topped greens, each order came with a choice of roll or cornbread .. along with seafood salad pipe cobbler I made the order on 745pm say when I **** my wings

I'm from Harrisburg PA. This was my first time trying southern blues and I will be returning the food was delicious and atmosphere was cute
