The food is very good.. But very poor Quality servic With order placement They get your order wrong 6 times out of 10 Visits And they have no manners whatsoever I really enjoy their food but they need to work on their people skiyes in the window area And receiving orders For their food If it wasn't so convenient for me I would stop going to this location For males Ask for sweet tea receive unsweet Go up to the window and I ask for a sweet tea They roll their eyes at you and give you another unsweet tea And you still give them gratitude have a Good Night And a thank you for fixing the problem for me Still roll the eyes at me this it probably going to be my last time eating there
Today, we visited the restaurant and ordered two 3-piece dinners, one with mashed potatoes and the other with fries. When we arrived home (40 minutes away), one of the dinners only had 2 pieces of chicken, while the other had 3. Unfortunately, the chicken breast in one of the dinners was severely undercooked, causing blood to seep out onto the fries and roll, rendering the entire meal inedible. This was the first time we have been disappointed with the food from this restaurant, as it has always been excellent in the past. We urge the restaurant to do better, as no one should have to spend money on improperly cooked food and should receive exactly what they ordered.
This restaurant is a hidden gem, possibly serving the best fried chicken in a fast food setting. The fried chicken is perfectly prepared with a dry, crispy breading and skin, and the moist chicken still tastes great even 2 days later. There is a slight spicy kick to the flavor without any sauce, making you crave more without being overwhelming. The Cajun seasoned fries are crispy and full of flavor. I will definitely be returning for more.
I’d give y’all more stars maybe one day but your service is not on point. Whether I ordered and got charged or not the point of money was not the issue. Service Service a few extra seconds for the customer to check doesn’t hurt but then again when it’s US>US then it gets taken for granted.

My order is hardly ever correct. My pepper was missing, I ordered it, noticed it wasn't there. They didn't add it or charge me for it. I was told if I wanted I'd have to pull around and walk up to the walk up window. Wow!
The chicken needs to be cleaned before frying as it was very fatty. The taste of the fat was evident when biting into it, making it inedible. A major disappointment.
...need new cooks and customer service...chicken is horrible, fries not done...it's either over cooked or under cook, way too salty...salty is not season.
