Your service destroyed what should have been a wonderful Christmas dinner for us. We were ignored. For the enitire evening we were ignored. NO ONE CAME TO OUR TABLE TO SERVICE US. After waiting 20 min or so we called someone who was walking by and asked him for water. he cleared off the other place settings and took my water glass. Several minutes went by, he brought the water, with no glass, but he did go back and get one and left. We called someone else over to ask for dinks. 15 minutes later, we asked someone else for some buns. 10 minutes later he brought us buns. But no side plates. I was pretty impressed with southland yard. I booked a table for for my husbands birthday and everyone seemed to have a good time. At first I wasn’t impressed with our table as it was three tiny bar tables pushed together; however, it ended up working really well as we were right by the pool table, bocci ball, and VLT room. Our service was excellent and our waitress was able to keep up with our group despite the fact that people were getting up to do activities and switching seats all night and had guests coming and going. The games were quite entertaining and provided lots of fun for the evening. Food was good although the pizza didn’t look great and drinks were reasonably priced
We went for the Christmas Day Dinner. It was our first time at Southland Yard and we were pleasantly surprised by how delicious our meal was. Each course was very tasty. The first 2 courses were slightly smaller than expected, but very good. My only critique would be with the duck course. There were 2 potato sides that accompanied it along with the brussel sprouts (delicious) and I personally felt it was too much potato. I would have preferred another vegetable. The staff was very friendly and the service was good. Overall a great experience for our first visit.
When we arrived, we ran into friends who had been hired in an earlier place and saved them over eating. our experience was the same. flavors made so good and perfect. my wife enjoyed the wine pairing and commented on the taste and the matching as excellent. service staff attentive and knowledgeable. we are looking forward to other visits and surely christmas next year.

Southland Yard has a nice ambiance. We went for a late afternoon lunch. We found the music to be a little loud. Our server was great. The food was ok. Two of us had the chicken sandwich. The chicken was very good but the bun was dry and way too much of it and the fries were ok. The beef dip was good but very very sloppy. We also had a caesar and it was very good.
My bf and I wanted to check the games and have a friendly competition and a friend recommended Southland Yard. Amazing selection of beers and other drinks, food was good and many free games to play. Pool, football and foosball BLTs and Flipper machines. All free to play. Very recommended to check this place
Good was good, wait staff somewhat disorganized. Cold breeze from entrance. Not well seated to accommodate the wheelchair.
We were five guests for supper. The food and the service were both outstanding.
