South’s Best Bbq/southern Bbq

I have been eating in Southern BBQ for over 30 years and they now have new owners. I recommend going to another place. Your new red lawn is terrible, service was bad and beans were a joke. There were no chips or potato salad. They let four people go before me. The staff was rude. I hope they're going out of business so that somebody can hopefully take good. Well, if a location and definitely not the best BBQ of the South. I'd tell the worst.

The WORSE food and service ribs cooked over. The owner refused to give me my money back. The worse bbq facility I've ever seen. You can say the owner doesn't know what she does! Ribs over boiled beans no taste. Don't waste your time and money. She told me she wouldn't replace the ribs for something else or pay my money back. I'd rather eat these ribs. I'll like to give her cooking classes that she needs badly.

I ordered the pork plate with baked beans and potato salad. It wasn't tasteful at all, I tolerated it, but most of it threw away. There are new management to understand, maybe a good idea to taste the recipes. Even I noticed management will not refund you if your food does not taste well in this facility.

I ordered my lunch one hour before my lunchtime. I wait in the line to get it just to find out that they never turned my order to cook. The new owner and management really dropped the ball. If you want to make sure you have a chance to eat, do not order from here.

One of the best bbq places in the shoals. I love the smoked chicken and potato salad. Very sad that they decided to close down.
