I was so excited to hear that Fairview was getting a Souvlaki Bar because I often go to the one downtown and it's delicious. Sadly, every time I order from the new location, there's something wrong. The first time, I ordered the gyro salad and received no dressing. The second time I ordered the same salad and 40% of the chicken was burnt and rock hard. The third time I ordered the gyro plate and, again, burnt chicken and not a single sauce (salad dressing or tzatziki). So disappointed
The older man that works at this location who am assuming is the owner should not be in customer service. I ate here for lunch today and was treated quite poorly. When I arrived at the kiosk, he was already yelling at another client. dead giveaway I ordered my meal and once it was given to me by the man preparing it, I asked if I could have extra sauce. She walked over to me, grabbed my plate, slapped down the tzatziki and tossed my plate at my tray. So rude for nothing.
Amazing Greek food and I love the big portions! However, The person behind the counter who took my order forgot my drink and he charged me extra for the tip as if I am in a restaurant dining in. The following time I went to this mall for my Apple Genius Bar appointment, I remember to go back to this restaurant and get my drink. Again the person behind the counter wanted to charge me but I said no! Service: Take out
Went twice in one month. First time the gyro #1 plate was very dry and had to Go back and ask fro more sauce ontop. Second time and final time eating here the whole plate had no taste. No seasoning anywhere and again the meat was dry. I’ve eaten at souvlaki bar resto’s and other malls this is by far the worst, sorry. I had the gyros plate ,takeout but he gave it to me ,dine in. The salad was extremely fresh. The meat was well seasoned. The tzatziki sauce tasted great and was fresh. The salad sauce was also light and tasty.
