You might assume that this means it is of a quality that is uniquely exquisite, and I can assure you that this assumption is 100% correct. This dish is literally made in part by a pastry-chef, and the moment you take a bite of the absurdly-delicate shell of I-don 't-even-know-what, you 'll understand why you have to arrange for this sort of treatment: it 's like an opera in your mouth. Underneath that mantle of what I assume is an elevated form of dough reserved for the better seats in heaven, there is a mushroom duxelle that I 'm quite cert...
We love coming here, Chef Henry always does a great job. We had the ravioli and the yellow tail appetizer that really started it off with a bang. My wife had the pesto pasta which was great and I had the short rib which was very tasty. We split an Italian cake that was enough for three to split. All in all a good meal, will be back soon.
It is always a pleasure dining at Spaggi’s. The food is always very tasty and with a beautiful visual presentation. Everyone is very friendly and polite, providing a family type atmosphere. It do not matter what it is ordered, it is always a great experience. I would recommend Spaggi’s to anyone, any time, for any occasion.
