I think these guys consistently do a great job. In my 20 visits, I can count just one mishap. The only complaint I have is being asked to pull forward when there's no one behind me, but it's really not a big deal. We probably eat here once a week.

The food is excellent for a fast food joint. The prices seem a bit on the higher side to me, but I think it's worth it.
Out of towner, first time trying. Was really good for a fast food burger and fries. Staff was very friendly as well.
