The Water Bar is a nice add to the Sparks area but is not an inexpensive restaurant. We took 3 special friends here for a dinner. It was their first time at the Water Bar. The service was excellent, the appetizers were very tasty but 3 of the 5 main entrees were well below acceptable. All 3 were the filet mignon and all 3 were horribly over cooked. We were very disappointed.

Fish taco Friday $7.00 per taco. Tacos were nice, could have had a bit more spicey.
