I order 2 pack of meal deals 1hun tikka masala, pilau reis and an extra simple naan I said it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes this was good, we waited for 2 hours and when it arrived the food. was cold and we had no soaking with our packings and there was a missing naan broth for the kids also no cries After we had read so many great reviews, we were looking forward to trying it, but tbh was it a let down that was bland and tasteless possibly the worst Indian food I have ever experienced and the service was just as bad. Waited 3 hours for our delivery which said it would take an hour. Rung up after an hour and they said the food was on its way. Rung up after another hour and they said the food was still sat there. Said it would definitely...be with us in the next 10 minutes, 30 minutes later and still no sign. So after 3 hours and 30 minutes we rung up and cancelled and asked for a refund. Possibly the work customer service I have ever experienced. We told them atleast 6 times what our address was and they were still clueless.
we always get our curry from the spicy island while we live 5 minutes away. Today we have ordered from there and it was £31, but I think we fed £20 into the container. the hell was all gristle and my daughter was on a lump. of something that tasted like soap. I think from now on I will take care of a cure elsewhere, as this was a complete waste of money, which is disappointing, as normally the food is good.

Ordered 2 meals for take away. Tikka was delicious but butter chicken horrible. All food was cold except the rice. Nan breads felt as if they had come out of the fridge. Won’t be ordering from here again

Brilliant madras extras popadom, salad included in the price. Rice onion, lemon and pilau good onion bhajis great.
