We order regularly from this restaurant and never have an issue. This time, however, our food was delivered an hour later than the latest approximated delivery time. We understand that delivery times might be longer on a weekend (which is when we ordered) but then the app should give a better estimation on delivery time! Please can Just Eat organise a refund. By the time we received our order we (and our children) were ready for bed and no longer hungry.
On Saturday night we ordered from Spice. We ordered online through their website and delivery was 45 min since placing order. The staff was kind and helpful, prodigal with explanations. Superlative food, I am not speaking as a connoisseur of Indian cuisine, but the softness of the meat, the flavour, the feeling of freshness of the ingredients speak a universal language. Absolutely recommended. Adequate price.
I ordered the chicken madras which is the only curry I have, but the madras tonight wasn’t nice at all it tasted different/weird than usual like powdery, bitter and salty. It tasted that bad we couldn’t even eat it but also the same thing with the pilau rice and it left us wondering if it was a different chef tonight. Very disappointing and we ended up cooking which was defeating the purpose.
My friends and I celebrated my birthday with this Indian dinner. Courteous and helpful staff, we ate well and stayed full. The cuisine is typically Indian and therefore very spicy and characteristic. I really liked the cheese bread. We were also satisfied with the bill. Book a table now
The food at this restaurant is delicious and the delivery was prompt. I ordered a variety of lamb and chicken curries and I will definitely be ordering from here again soon!
Amazing food as always! Delivered on time and they even let me add on a couple of extra dishes last minute! What a lovely start to Ramadan!
