I recently ordered Uthappam from Spice Venue along with other dishes. I have been ordering from this restaurant out of necessity, as there are not many options for Indian food nearby. While I do acknowledge that they have a few good items on their menu, I have noticed inconsistencies in their preparation. However, today I received a dosa instead of the Uthappam that I ordered. When I called to address the issue, a person named Bharani was rude and unapologetic, stating that this is how their chef prepares it and if I don't like it, I should stop ordering from them. Okay- never visit this place again. I have three bad experiences with these guys in span of 3 months. Last time we ordered food for a party and they have ruined because of bad quality and no taste at all (biryani with just food color and pieces in that. Not fresh) owner called me directly after my review, tried to convince me and offer me a free biryani next time.Now i have visited this place for dine-in and ordered Goat biryani. I’m attaching a picture in this review and it shows how bad they are !Not recommend for anyone especially biryani lowers.
Really rude people and take forever just to come out and help you. They won't even let you use the bathroom. I come here all the time to deliver orders and pick up orders, and they are so bothered that I use the restroom that they lock it. I went there one time and some guys was screaming expletives. Not a good vibe. Super ghetto. Do not come here!
Food is good. People at the counter are courteous. Only issue is the Service which is a bit slow.Order ahead to save time.Vegetarian options: Malai Kofta, Gulab Jamun and Paneer Masala are good. I didn't like the Chole masala though.Vegetarian thali is a pretty good option to try variety and priced reasonable too.

This place have really good taste and I do order pick most of the time. The only reason for 4 star is, the taste of various dishes is not consistent and once the was horrible but that just happend once.Vegetarian options: There are lot of vegetarian dishes
We tried to eat there but they REFUSED to seat us because of my professionaly trained service dog. This was despite me and several of the other patrons in the restaurant explaining the laws. This is totally illegal!
We will return soon because Keerthi's service was excellent and she helped us choose from a variety of alternatives on the menu. Thank you so much, Keerthi; you did a great job.
I ordered plain pratha but they gave me layered pratha instead. The pani puri was disgusting. It was the worst dining experience.

The worst briyani I have ever eaten.Bad smell is coming from the briyani.the briyani is not at all fresh dont waste your money.
Spice Venue is a gem that has some of the best butter chicken I have ever tasted! Definitely will be a repeat customer here.
