We were going to eat in Queensway wanted some Thai food, looked at the crazy prices so looked on google they showed this place. jumped on the bus and wow so glad we did. Don't go by your first thoughts when you arrive. we arrived...to find the place full, with several standing to collect take away orders. A chap as were we eating and said downstairs plenty of room. We were slightly hesitant, its not the Ritz by any standard but again we went to eat Thai food and so we ordered. The best Ive tasted in a very long time, you can see the staff cooking. There were seven all very busy cooking different dishes. Our food arrived plenty of it with huge prawns, lovely sticky rice. prawn rolls and cans...
despite eating the service is terrible! the personal is very unwilling and not helpful at all. no, thank you or greet from any kind. never enough personal to use and the undershot is always closed. it's always. a fight to get space and served. in the current climate it is too cramped and we will not return because this place offers bad price-performance ratio. kilburn needs more Thai Chinese esseries to give people a better choice.
Management seems to be different to the restaurant I used to visit regularly since . Either that or they are trying to recoup COviD losses but adding extra charges when you come and pick up for take away. Apparently the website and the number...you order food from is not run by them and so they can quote you different prices.
only cash payments? Meniu prices the restaurant are different from the menu that is online. poor service bad eating, I got smaller portions than all the others sitting very close to the tables so was easy to compare. all dishes very sharp.

eating is absolutely amazing. flavors as if they were actually in Thailand. the prices are more than fair for the sizes of their portions. one of my favorite restaurants in london.
Would give it stars if I could. Very well priced, kind staff, great takeaway service and delicious food. Portion sizes are big! Can recommend the chicken pad Thai
Great Authentic Thai food. Not the most posh place but beats any of the other Thai places. Food cooked in front of you. Great prices and definitely great food
