I can't say anything about the hotel. We were in the restaurant. Price performance ratio is beyond good and evil. Just pumice is not possible, nuggets must be taken, and actually only for children and not for adults 7 euros and a senseless discussion for free. A bad yeast first turned. On complaint a new one from the other. A chicken freezer with rice almost 12 Euro... I had a salad that was fine but almost 15 euros! Guys, guys... The operation was very friendly, but could not tear the rudder around. I find corrosive when the beautiful location is so shamelessly exploited and rafters are ripped off.
I met my family today. Ok the trip was not pleasant, but rather justified by the local road companies. To Hotel Spießberghaus, we were welcomed by a very accommodating employee, have received our room keys within a short time, where I personally was very positively surprised by the cleanliness in the rooms. The location is simply wonderful, with direct access to beautiful forest paths that are ideal for hiking. The views from my room are really fabulous. I'm looking forward to early morning, if breakfast is the first one, I don't think it will have been the last stay here.
Absolutely not recommended, unfriendly, food is not enjoyable, room unclean. The rooms including clothes were sprayed with a solution that everything was bestial. A cancellation of a room for an important reason (water damage due to the storm) has not been tolerated. No cunning. Is also a kind of customer and future customers to bury. Never again. There are nice other accommodations nearby. This is absolutely not recommended. A zero-star delivery would be appropriate here, unfortunately this is not possible
Our refuge on a rainy November day: delicious food, friendly service, pleasant atmosphere. A better vegetarian offer could be a little more speedy. :

Once visited in the 90 years, I had enjoyed it twice, and the location in the forest was wonderful and also the staff was quite courteous.
