Sorry, I hate to have to be honest, but I felt like I was dooped by all these 5 STAR reviews, food was terrible, expensive and they forgot an ingredient. Bad. Don't get tricked by all these fake reviews. It'd be one thing if it was cheap and bad, but expensive and bad, no good. The dough was incredibly overworked which makes the pizza base too tough. They really really really skimped on my ingredients and completely forgot one of the three I ordered. The service was polite and efficient and I felt welcomed.
This place serves truly excellent pizza. The crust is consistently perfect, and the toppings are always well-balanced. In my view, it's the best pizza you can find in Oakland, and they consistently deliver top quality. The patio area is quite charming, and they have a great selection of beers. The wings are also very good. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. This is their margherita pizza.
I don't usually post reviews, but this one definitely deserves it! Spinning Dough has elevated pizza to an entirely new level. I never thought I'd say this, but wow! I never realized pizza could taste this incredible! If you haven't tried Spinning Dough's pizza yet, you're really missing out!
