Sprinkles is not what it used to be. I?ve been coming here for 20+ years and ownership changed a few years ago. Since then the quality and taste of the frozen yogurt flavors have gone down hill. Quite honestly, they do not taste the same and half the timethey are out of stock!! It boggles my mind how many times I?ve gone in and they say they do not have the Oreo frozen yogurt. Ontop of this, I used to get the fronana all the time. It was my favorite dessert. But when the ownership changed, they pushedback on making it for me when I asked and each time I?ve ordered it since, it?s never the same. It doesn?t taste as good,neither does it look as appetizing. If you are around Potomac River for hiking, visiting family and friends or just in the Potomac area. You have to checkout this dessert shop. I been going to this place since when I was in High School with my friends. It was always our Friday night or after school hangout spot. The ice cream down here is always been amazing!!! I used to pass by this place when I lived in Potomac but never had the chance to visit. We happened to be in the area and stopped by for some soft serve. My wife has celiacs disease and the ladies were kind to check and confirm which flavors were actually gluten free, which I appreciated. Expensive. It 's a cute store, really. Nice staff. I just....I can 't believe people pay that for one scoop of ice cream, I do not live in the area. Maybe people who do live here can afford that, I 've just never paid that for ice cream in my life. Prices arenot posted, so I had no idea how to order. Was that just Hershey 's ice cream? I wish there had been a place to sit.

Pricey. The restaurant is charming, with friendly staff. However, I was shocked at the cost of a single scoop of ice cream. Maybe locals can afford it, but I personally have never paid that much for ice cream. The prices were not displayed, which made it difficult to order. I also wish there had been seating available.
I bought an ice cream cake here and it was absolutely fantastic. it was my birthday and I am glad sprinkles had what I needed. the cake with additional decorations was somehow expensive, but it was totally worth it. many thanks for honest communication and service.

Overpriced for commercial ice cream. Was disappointed that the majority of flavors were from Hershey's and not store made. 2 of the soft serve flavors were out of order. Baked goods looked old and stale. Staff very transactional.

The restaurant did not have the flavors they advertised on their menu, such as mint chocolate chip, Cookies 'n Cream, or gummy bears. My children were very disappointed by the lack of variety in flavors.
