the hotel is located in the shopping center braehead. I have always enjoyed spudulike baked kartoffels. recently the menu had a “Make over” due to the participation of the chef james martin. there is now a larger focus on the presentation and some changes in the menu itself. two of my favorite fillings were removed from the menu (egg mayonnaise and prawn marie rose) and the koleslaw is now called regenbogenslaw. it is my opinion that the baked carrots are smaller than before, but they are just as delicious and I enjoyed a combination of butter, grated cheese and rainbow Slave. what I had was very good, but I would like to see bigger potatoes and I would like to see the ei mayonnaise on the m...
