Legit almost felt like it was laminated. I’d almost relate it to a roti in texture. But enough with the food science; worth every bite. The service was exceptional. Donna is an amazing catering manager and is honestly the best I’ve ever seen! She was very experienced, organized, kind, and helpful. The margherita pizza was delicious it was cooked to perfection. The crust was not soggy from the fresh mozzarella cheese, but rather, it was soft and chewy! Additionally, the fresh basil used on the pizza added to the flavorful meal, in appearance and in taste. The location of the restaurant, the Main Street Marketplace, is usually bustling with folks.
