We went here because of all the great reviews. And it wasn't bad at all but the price to taste value was way off. For two of us we ordered each a adult beverage, split an appetizer, split a plate, split a dessert. All of this for $70. The atmosphere was a bit off putting too it felt very cramped. With this being a remodel from a old diner it does look better but could really use some more touch ups and rearranging. The staff was very friendly and helpful but sadly the time we went they seemed short staffed. And I'm not knocking any of that, my 3 stars is mostly a reflection of the food price. We ordered a homemade vegetable pasta which we were hoping for a savory delicious plate but it was m...

A little gem in Waterford. Stopped at Square One as we were heading to the Pine Knobs Concert and, let me tell you, this is the place to stop. ?The place is clean and has a suburban-like, comfortable setting. Booths and tables, and both well-lit and semi-dim areas for all comfort. ?The waitress and staff who attended us go above and beyond and the chefs in the back -who we did not get to meet- were still able to present us our platters in a way that reflects professionalism and detail-orientation. ?The food is light, but filling. Very refreshing compared to drive-thrus and other corporate restaurants. They have flavor here -especially for a health conscious person like myself looking for nat...

The mimosa I had was mostly juice, while the table next to me received ones that were nearly all champagne. Additionally, the Bloody Mary was extremely salty, so the drinks could use some improvement. However, I really enjoyed the breakfast burrito! The sausage gravy was a bit bland, but a sprinkle of salt and pepper did the trick. I appreciated the crunchy potatoes inside. My friend ordered the breakfast potato skins, which were also quite tasty—what a nice spin on the classic version! It might be a good idea to serve them with a dipping sauce, like chipotle sour cream.

We ordered dessert for my brother's birthday, and the cannoli dip was amazing as always. However, the Nutella pizza was inedible. It was specifically requested by my brother because I had raved about it, but it turned out to be unbelievably hard. I even slammed it against the countertop a few times, and it didn't break! I was worried that biting into it could have chipped a tooth. This was a huge disappointment, especially since we didn’t get to enjoy dessert until right before the restaurant closed at 9. This was our first visit, but it certainly won't be our last! I wish we had discovered this place sooner. I ordered the turkey burger, which was wonderfully seasoned, and I swapped the fries for a baked potato. I also tried the grilled salmon with asparagus, along with a cup of chicken noodle soup. The staff were fantastic—attentive and friendly. I’m excited to return not only for the delicious food but also to enjoy some Connect Four, as they have a great selection of board games!

The French onion soup here is the best I've ever had. It's a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it. Service was excellent, making for a wonderful dining experience. I had dinner and found the price per person to be in the range of $20 to $30. Overall, I give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect score of 5 out of 5.
