I have visited two squires garden centres this week, one in Buckland (Reigate) Surrey and the other in Washington West Sussex and I must say that the Reigate centre far exceeds its big brother at Washington. The Reigate centre has a beautiful presentation of plants, the centre is very well presented and organised and the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help with anything you need. They have a great range of stock in the centre and outside in the garden. The coffee shop is really nice, clean and tidy and the food is good which didn’t feel the case with the Washington centre, which felt untidy (with rubbish on the floor) and was definitely not as well presented. the caffe has a super efficient method to take orders and deliver food quickly. delicious eating with an irresistible selection of local cakes. friendly small garden center, but the parking lot is very limited to very busy times. I enjoy visiting caffe too short times.
beautiful garden center, many beautiful things to choose, but the café area left a little to wish. the poor coworkers fought with only two. eating was really easy, sausage in brioche bread was exactly that. bun had just come out of the refrigerator and was quite dry.
came with two friends for a delicious club sandwich and freche cream tees. we had a squires goodschein, so everything was very good. the personal was very courteous and friendly and the venue smart and clean with much to penetrate, both before and after our visit.
