Same meals supplied around two tables was inconsistent. My wife had a terrible Seafood Croquette followed by another poorly served Sticky Date Pudding that had only a spoonful of Pudding which was dry to eat, yet some others where served with a good amount of Pudding. I however, had a Roast Of The Day which was very nice followed by Banana Fritters with a small dob of Ice cream which could have been bigger but was nice as well. Overall, we would not go back as there is much better value elsewhere. Service and location was good. Parking not good.
Solo visit as needed meal before sporting event. Thursday advertised as Steak Night $25. Expected a lousy flat steak but pleasantly surprised. Thick, juicy tender .. with jug-licky pepper sauce. Fair fries but fresh veg deliciously beside. Friendly, attentive service.
not the best of meals, wouldn't return in a hurry. They didn't let my husband in the dining room as he never had an ID on him and you have to sign in before entering as its a gaming venue even though we just wanted to eat and leave. He left as we all should have.
What a great venue, good food and quiet! A good alternative to the local pubs. We went with friends and it was really good to be able to speak to each other and be heard!
