I absolutely adore Saint James Beverage! We've been purchasing beer from them for years, but when we needed a large order for our rehearsal dinner and wedding, they really went above and beyond for us. They even sent their own staff to pick up the order from the depot when there were delays. They have an excellent selection (they had everything we were looking for), and the owner is very knowledgeable. He guided us through what we needed to know about kegs for our event and offered fantastic beer recommendations. Plus, their prices are great. This place is definitely a gem, and we'll be returning for years to come!
Love this place! It's a little bit of a drive from my house, but it's worth it because we always find at least one gem whenever we get there. Plus the owner is awesome! He's very personable and always chats with us. He also seems to run a bunch of really cool raffles (recently, for homebrew equipment, and right now for cool Goose Island swag). And if you like the place on Facebook, you'll be treated to a lot of entertaining videos about new products and promotions.
I was eager to try something new but wasn't sure what to choose. The guy at the counter was incredibly helpful; he guided me through their entire selection based on my description of the type of beer I was interested in. The service was excellent, and he was both knowledgeable and friendly.
