Order 2 Madagascar Vanilla Cold Brews and a bagel for delivery. No vanilla was added. When I called the staff member, it was very helpful. She reimbursed my order and made it new (I even brought it a photo of how it was referred in the past) they did not get any posture and also gave me a cookie for the inconvenience. Great experience. Come on!
This Bread Co is among the finest Bread Co's in STL. Full of friendly staff who define demonstrate amazing customer service. It an awesome space to grab a meal, get work done, catch up with friends.
Love that their entire menu is now clean!! All taste and delicious food without all guilt! (For they want to bring back the Soba noodle bowls)
