Me and my friend had a really nice time at the restaurant. We ordered 2 bento boxes and some extra sushi to share. We also ordered 2 drinks with our food, but nothing came out even after the food came out, we had to then remind the waiter that we had ordered them. Abit disappointing because if your paying for not the cheapest of drinks you expect it to be brought up fairly quickly. Chopsticks are already set on tables before arriving however maybe have forks available aswell, as not everyone can use chopsticks. Been going to St Sushi Newcastle for about 12 years and always loved it , always used to be my favourite place for sushi until today. I like Yokohoma set which I ordered on numerous occasions as I do like a mixture of salmon and tuna sashimi as well as selection of other rolls. The set came in without tuna. I asked the waitress that we may have been given the wrong set. I was assured the set was correct but they don't always have tuna like today that's why they not always serve it. We visited this restaurant a few years ago and decided to give it another try because we were craving sushi. The teriyaki salmon was amazing, and the portion size was great as you get 2 fillets for the price. We really enjoyed the wakame salad and the sushi was fantastic as well. Highly recommended.
