My husband and i went here after doing our Christmas shopping, the food and service was outstanding, the first time we went with our blind friend, and one of the service ladies helped him out, after bathroom use, walking to our table as i was coming for him from the other end, i thought that was so nice of her to help a customer like that. Now to the food part, this is quality food place, everything is perfectly made and the sides are something you just want to take home and nibble later. We were first exposed to the greatness of Stack 571 at their Vancouver location. Shocked to find this part of a mall. Nevertheless, we were pleasantly surprised to find a location in Olympia! It is one of our favorite burger spots so it was hard to pass up on an opportunity to sink out teeth into a juicy burger. The Three Pepper Bomb and the Bahn Mi Burger (on lettuce) are our favorites. You can't go wrong with any of the burgers. We also enjoy the brussel sprouts as an appetizer. To top of a great meal, their fresh milkshakes (strawberry) are always a good go to! Can't go wrong with burgers here!!
I decided to try their truffle fries after hearing rave reviews from my co-workers, and they did not disappoint – they were amazing! I had been passing by on my way to the theater connected to the mall, and I can't believe what I had been missing out on all this time.
Overall, my experience was pleasant. There was a minor issue with my bill; the register had some hiccups, and it mistakenly charged me for four pint-sized beers when I had only ordered the renowned 571 Beer sampler. However, the staff quickly resolved the mistake. All in all, it's a great spot, and I look forward to returning!
This restaurant offers an excellent selection of rotating taps, providing a great opportunity to sample new whiskeys depending on the day you visit, as they have different specials each day. The burgers are delicious, and I love how the beef tastes just like it did in my childhood. Every time we dine here, it’s a fun and enjoyable experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The whiskey we tried some time ago was fantastic, and I hope we can find a bottle of it someday.

We stopped in for a quick cocktail and we're very surprised at the selection of whiskey's. I had one of their signature Manhattans which was very good in a shot of some other type of whiskey that I literally liked my wife's drink was great we will come back again for food it looks good. Our servers were spot on.

Decent atmosphere for those looking for a lokey place to grab a bite to eat. A lot of whiskey and drinks to choose from. Their special drinks and meals change daily so be on the look out. Had the patty melt. Wasn’t expecting the amount of cheese on it other than that not bad.

The calamari was so tender with the perfect crisp on the outside, served over a bed of creamy coleslaw, it was *chef's kiss*. My boyfriend got the pb&j burger, it was AMAZING! Customer service was excellent, our server was on top of everything and so sweet.
