Stage Kitchen Bar - Table reservation

Food is Contemporary American with some Indian influences on certain dishes. Overall we thought the food was good although a bit overpriced for the quality. At the end we were at $240 for dinner for two including drinks (one cocktail and two glasses of wine). Our complaint regarding the service is we felt pushed from the moment we sat down to leave. It didn’t seem like they were overbooked, but the waiter even went as far as to remove unfinished dishes from the table without asking. Felt hurried and unwelcome throughout dinner.

Food was excellent. The five of us shared about 8 different items. Mostly vegetarian but some cheese dishes and one chicken dish. Everyone was quite pleased. Two people drank seltzer as their beverage of choice. Waitress offered refills and when the check arrived we realized the refills were $4.00 each. So two people at the table each had $12 worth of seltzer. (three glasses each) Waitress probably should have informed us of this charge. I had water and that was no charge.

The food at Stage is awesome and the service was exemplary!! SO very good especially including the service we received from Kareese (sp?? she is wonderful!

First visit and we’ll be back. Delicious and unique small plates and a comfortable and stylish setting. A great evening at Stage Kitchen!

Always enjoyable. They made a few changes to menu missing my favorite saag paneer but food is always delicious
