Went there particularly after reading a 2017 review from Bean Hunter where this little cafe in Perth CBD was voted best in Perth last year. Was there in the morning just before 9am. There's quite a few customers ordered and waiting for their coffee. And three gentlemen was standing outside to enjoy their coffee, looks like some of them are new to the cafe too. Our coffee was made. No latte art was made, reckon they are too busy. And they pour the milk into three jugs to smooth the bubbles, end up the coffee is not quite hot, even warm. The flavour was excellent, with layers of complexity and long finish. The only issue for me was the temperature, it got to be hotter to enjoy for every cup of...
Yesterday, I ordered a 'double espresso ' It was one of the best I have ever had ,hot strong , just how I like it .It came with a small glass of sparkling water . Perfect.This hidden gem in Piccadilly Arcade serves only coffee ,nothing else .There is no food no chairs ........just fantastic coffee .a local one called 'Grand Central ' The service is also excellent. If you love good coffee ,run ...dont walk to this fantastic place . It also won 'Best coffee in Perth for 2017 ' . BRAVO
Always good coffee and friendly baristas keen to have a chat! Sometimes a bit of a wait if they're busy, usually only 1-2 staff members there which means one person taking orders and making the coffees, but worth the wait for a good coffee :

I just had an iced latte, and it was incredible! The beans were excellent, and the brew was fantastic.
