What a load of very late, charred ashes! Order ID: 812860478. Ordered at 7.32pm with the countdown timer on their website starting at 50 minutes. It got down to zero. And stayed at zero. Eventually, 'Track My Order ' showed an updated delivery time of 9.07pm. i.e., 1 hour 35 minutes from ordering. But it STILL did not turn up! At 9.17 pm they were still showing expected delivery as 9.07pm!!! At approximately 9.27pm the delivery turned up 1 hour 55 minutes from ordering. The driver said they had been unexpectedly busy and they 'd even given him SIX orders to deliver. Well, what the H*ll did they expect they 'd posted hundreds of fliers around Hyde that afternoon!!! And now to the actual state...
Just ordered from here, asking for piri piri chips and the driver sent cheesey chips. When I placed the order the phone line wasn’t the best so I can appreciate that it might have been difficult for them to hear, even though I did go through the order twice! They sent the wrong thing so I rang up instantly and they refused to change the order! I explained that I was lactose intolerant and can’t even touch them. Completely ruined my tea. I was happy to wait for the driver to bring my correct order and if the money wasn’t right I’d of paid. I even gave a tip to the driver originally! I’m absolutely fuming and will never order from there ever again! Extremely disappointed! I was happy to be und...
Disappointed to say the least. Waited nearly 2 hours for food. Person on the phone lied to me and said they had made the food fresh a second time yet when it got to us it was freezing cold nearly. Clearly had not been remade. They tell me the driver is 5 minutes away then 15 minutes later tell me the driver broke down and they were sending someone else. They forgot to include several items to which we had to phone and get them to send the items out. Considering this place is under new management I expected the place to get better but unfortunately it seems even new management can't stop this place being Disappointing. Definitely would not recommend
There's an Old Saying, Once Bitted Twice Shy... Will be oderring NO MORE .. twice ordered and Both Times had NO Salad on any of the Kebab's !!! Why The Fooook does the person taking the Order, Bother ASKING YOU , if you want Salad and Sauce, and them don't bother putting it ON !!! he Must Be T.A.F Also the FOOD was Under Cooked TOO , The Seekh Kabab was almost RAW and the Kebab Meat was almost Cooked, Just Edible...These People MUST NOT WANT REAT BUSINESS and I DEFFINATELY Well Not Be Repeating Mine . Worst ever onion bargees just two tennis ball sized bargees no salad no sauce dry couldn’t eat driver was brilliant obviously didn’t want to get out of his warm car rang me and asked me to come to front door so he could see me the fact he had my house number was inconsequential If you drove down Huddersfield road in Stalybridge tonight and saw a madman in a onesie waving his hands above his head don’t worry that was me just trying to get my tea
First time ordering a takeaway from here. I had a saag aloo which was lovely. A lot of curry houses use too much oil and its swimming in it but this was lovely and thick like this dish should be. Two family members had burgers which they said were good and they were impressed with the quality of meat and another had the chicken tikka pitta which they enjoyed. Quick delivery and friendly delivery man. Will definitely order again
This was by far the worst takeaway we have ever had the tandoori chicken quarter was days old super dry and completely inedible the chips was stone cold and as for the donner kebab worst ever old dry stale meat not even in the pitta old food reheated
