We got there and the girl taking orders was new. Not a big deal, but we said I bet she gets our order wrong and we were correct. She got it wrong. We waited 20 minutes to get a drink. They always wait on the drive thru first. We were 10 minutes into our 20 minute wait. We see this blue car way back in line and we made a joke about it saying I bet that car gets their stuff first. We were right again. Blue car gets their drinks and there we are still waiting. I finally had to say something. They hurried up and made it and by then we were in a rush because we waited so long. We went driving down the road and realized they didn't make my drink right. Over $7 for a drink that was wrong and waited...
On another occasion, I ordered a refresher with a small side of coconut milk, which I typically get for free since their policy allows for up to 4 ounces at no charge. However, the person taking my order charged me $3.15 for it. I questioned why I was being charged when I usually get it for free and it's less than 4 ounces. I asked them to remove the charge and mentioned that the small amount is complimentary and makes coffee creamier. After reiterating my request and sharing that I used to work at Starbucks, the employee seemed unable to respond and never finished explaining her point.
Frustrated, I ultimately left without ordering anything, as it seemed they were making up their own rules...
Staff is always super friendly even when I come in close to closing time and they make my drink perfectly. A little hard to get in and out of the parking, but nothing too bad, and it's wheelchair accessible. Very clean inside as well. Vegetarian options: They have substitutes for vegetarian options. This is by far one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’m so glad I found this gem, that’s tucked a bit off the main road.
