The staff at Starbucks are very friendly and approachable, especially the ladies. However, the lone male employee tends to be dull and unprofessional, often expressing his dissatisfaction with his job and sharing personal issues with customers. I spoke with a young lady who was also waiting for her drink, and she mentioned that his behavior made her feel uncomfortable. It's important for Starbucks to consider letting go of employees who don't seem to enjoy their work, as it can negatively impact the overall experience and the menu offerings.
As someone who was new to the Starbucks experience, I found myself a bit overwhelmed by the options. While my daughter was busy with grocery shopping, I was trying to decide what drink to choose. Luckily, Odile was incredibly patient and kind, helping me pick out the perfect cup of coffee! She truly made my visit special, and I will definitely be looking for her again on my next trip.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. The staff seemed unhappy, and I received an overflowing coffee along with very burnt croissants. I wouldn't serve something like that to anyone. It wasn't even busy; I was the only customer there. It's really disappointing, especially since ordering here isn't cheap.

The coffee was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. The server this morning had a lackluster attitude and came across as quite negative—I even considered walking out because they didn’t greet me at all. Additionally, my coffee cup had syrup smeared all over the side and wasn’t provided with a sleeve.
I had a lovely experience sitting outdoors, savoring an Impossible breakfast sandwich and an iced peach green tea, while enjoying delightful conversation with my sister.
Dan and Sheila were attentive, responsive, and friendly. I stopped by for a quick coffee and left with a smile. I would definitely return, giving it an 11 out of 10!
I completely adore this restaurant! It’s consistently clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. The service is also very fast. Overall, it’s a fantastic place!
