Rebecca is amazing! As an employee, she consistently emphasizes the importance of confirming orders with a serious attitude. However, if the woman who greets customers creates a less than welcoming atmosphere and doesn't greet guests with a smile or a simple "thank you," I can see why some might view this place as just another Starbucks. It would be helpful for someone to remind her that maintaining a positive demeanor in retail is crucial, as you never know who’s paying attention. If she struggles with the job, it might be worth considering a different career path rather than taking it out on others. I did notice how assertively she directed her coworkers...
Do not use mobile order app here! I waited about 30 minutes for my order that still never made it to the pick up table and the employee had no interest in helping my situation, but understandable due to the store being overcrowded with customers havingthe same issue. I still am waiting to hear back from Starbucks on how I can get a refund or reimbursed since I still neverreceived my order since I had to leave to work and couldn?t wait any longer.

Pre-dawn 'till well past twilight, this Starbucks got top notch service, with genuine smiles from its pleasant staff. Several well-spaced tables outside that works out wonderfully in times of Covid-19. Hat 's off to management.
Good seating options- pleasant, professional staff at both ends (taking and making orders) Located in strip mall but stand alone property.
I love Starbucks Coffee but today i only got hot milk no coffee, no vanilla flavor just a plain cup of milk im very disappointed ????
