Starbucks has always set the service bar quite high IMO. The staff is almost always friendly and happy. This is one of three neighborhood Starbucks that I often and is usually very busy. I usually use the ride, but I was in a hurry, so I decided to go inside to place my order. I wasn't disappointed. I was immediately welcomed by very friendly staff. They ordered me fast. I asked about bagged coffee choices and they explained what they had for sale. After I made my selection, I was asked how I liked it. A brief conversation later about my preferences and my coffee was perfectly ground. A very positive experience. Honestly, everyone here was amazing. I've experienced service in many restaurant...
My place! The staff is usually amazing and extremely polite. On a few occasions I had to go early (an hour before closing time, because the closing staff was a bit too loud with conversations, but overall, a great location.
Great staff who were very accommodating during COVID. The employee named TJ was particularly kind and helpful as he walked a coffee outside to us when we didn’t want to enter with an infant. Thank you, TJ!
The place looks completely new and I love the atmosphere. The system through the mobile pick-up is a nice additional touch!
