We purchase lattes from this location every time we visit Target. The past several drinks have been poorly made (1/3 empty). This last visit, the employee gave me an attitude when I asked for some steamed milk to fill the drink that was incorrectly made. It is unacceptable to employ people who think they can say whatever they want to a customer who expects to get what he paid for. Extremely unprofessional.
It is literally the fourth time that I came to the Starbucks on Palm Bay road across the street from Walmart get the same thing hot chocolate venti kids temp so I don't have to wait an hour just to drink it and what happens my lip and tongue get burned over and over I think they need a heart of people that know the difference in temperatures.
I desperately needed some coffee and Jasmine and Princessa made it super quick. They also went through the added effort and time for my young neice to order her own drink and make it special! Thanks ladies for starting my morning right!
