Wow 26 minutes for two drinks. Pretty awful operations at this location today. Not sure if this is reflective of stores nationwide but something is seriously wrong with their algorithm. It was total chaos and everyone was frustrated. I won’t be back unless things change. The poor manager was trying her hardest but claims she has no control over the mobile ordering process/logistics. Starbucks coffee is always a lover's choice, and if that's what you enjoy, you'll find the service here to be satisfactory. However, it's worth noting that this particular location is quite cramped. It’s situated right next to a Chick-fil-A, which attracts a lot of car traffic, so you can expect this Starbucks to get busy as well. Visiting during peak hours can be challenging, as getting in and out can be difficult. On the plus side, it's conveniently located near the interstate, making it easily accessible outside of rush times.
The restaurant was quite busy at 9:00 AM, with the drive-thru line wrapping all the way around the building, making parking in the lot a bit tricky. However, the staff were very courteous and polite, and the service was prompt. The trash bins did need some cleaning, but overall, sitting on the patio was a pleasant and refreshing experience.
Very busy, however, they genuinely try to still offer great customer service Courtney, on duty today, took care of my order issue and provided exceptional customer service. THIS IS THE BEST STARBUCKS I'VE EVER VISITED!!! I ordered a frappé, and you know how they usually have extra left over? They actually gave it to me in a separate cup! It was fantastic! Truly the best Starbucks experience ever!!! If you're in the area, make sure to stop by! They'll take great care of you!
Visit vinings location and AL was at the window. Of course I didn’t really know what I wanted but he put a refresher together and I love it. Drive thru ran efficiently and customer service was excellent. If you go tell AL to make you his drink plus 3 pumps of peach Service: 5
the service here is so good!! i come here a lot to study and the employees are always so kind and make my order quickly. everyone here is so sweet and definitely a great environment to come to!
