The staff at this restaurant were very friendly and the restaurant itself was clean. However, it took 10 minutes for me to receive my Matcha tea. Additionally, the two people behind me were given their drinks before me. Despite asking for light ice, my drink was filled with ice. I would only recommend this place if you are already shopping at Target.
But like, when is their machinery ever working? 5 days out of 7 their machines are broken. Such a big franchise; You'd think they'd invest in better equipment so people can stop driving all the way over here, parking, walking up, only to find out that their stuff isn't working again. New equipment and consistency will get a better rating
I visited this restaurant twice to order a caramel crunch with soy milk, which costs an extra dollar for the crunch. The total amount came to $7 each time. Unfortunately, on both occasions, they forgot to add the crunch to my drink. This was disappointing as I was unable to fully enjoy my drink and ended up wasting a total of $14.
Antonio is the greatest barista I have had an experience with at Starbucks! So incredibly friendly and quick too! Great personality! 5 stars. Not positive what exactly set him so far apart that I needed to write a review but my boyfriend and I both walked out and said wow he was great! Hope he’s there again tomorrow! Book a table now
This is probably the worst Starbucks in the country. The service is poor and they leave the milk out in the open. Even wawa has half the sense to put the milk and cream in a cooler like give me a break, they don’t make their food to order it’s heated up in a microwave they don’t hide that. Repulsive
this place is terrible that I have worked in the food, so I understand how bad people can sometimes be, but this place is terrible that they get my order wrong every time, even if I am very specific and ask if they get it. they are annoyed and roll their eyes, even though I ask. do not recommend.
Seriously! You can't use the bathroom without knowing the secret code. Doesn't exactly instill trust in the surrounding area. It looks like a safe neighborhood, so not sure why this is necessary or what it accomplishes.
