long time customer. I wanted to get coffee beans from the earth and the dame on the car ride was clear when I told her that the bag she gave me was not ground per order. she said: it was a mobile job and can't say, then tedious quiet so I drove away. I went back and she accused me of disobeying and screaming and that her manager over there will handle it. he dragged the lugs per the sticker on the bag, but also did not apologize. the customer service must be a lost art form. she cya instead of learning I came in to show her how it was ordered, but she didn't give me the chance. my Christmas tip was removed so that the team suffers. I would suggest that she does not interact with customers. 1...
I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff was polite and efficient. Even when they made a mistake with one of my drinks, they offered it to me for free. It's rare to get something for free these days, so I was very pleased.
Ladies were nice, kind got my order correct. Tasted good. What more can you ask for. They did their job. Thank you
I really appreciated that the drive-thru had enough clearance for my 10-foot high van.
