This Starbucks has the slowest mentally and physically workers I have ever experienced in my life. The cashier looked at me confused after a simple order. Then, my drink order was completely wrong because she couldn't process the order quick enough forher brain I guess. I get all my drinks then I'm standing there waiting. The cashier finally realizes she never put my food inthe oven to heat up so I was waiting longer than I should I have. I was so shocked by this service because I have neverexperienced such a horrible Starbucks service in my life.
The employees at this location need to learn how to greet their guests when they walk in. We stood for 3 minutes at the register while no other customers were in the store and none of the 5 employees looked at us, acknowledged us, or greeted us. Two of the employees continued their gossip while two prepared Togo orders and one swept. Whoever is managing this location needs to get a new set of professional and courteous employees who will acknowledge and greet customers as they walk in the door and wait to order.
This Starbucks location is the worst I've ever visited. The staff is consistently rude and unwelcoming. Every time I go there, I encounter a negative attitude from the workers. They frequently mark items as unavailable on the app if they think those items are too popular. I've also noticed that they often dim the lights in the store, making it look closed. Although the Riverside location is farther away, it's definitely worth the trip since the service there is excellent every time.
This Starbucks had the most inefficient staff I have ever encountered. The cashier seemed confused by my straightforward order, leading to my drink being prepared incorrectly. After receiving my drinks, I was left waiting as the cashier eventually remembered that she hadn’t put my food in the oven to heat up, causing even more delays. I was truly taken aback by the poor service, as I have never faced such a terrible experience at a Starbucks before.

Worst Starbucks very rude and nasty workers. It is everytime I go to this Starbucks workers have attitude. They also mark items not available on the app if they feel the item is too popular. I have also seen them put little to no lights on in the store tolook closed. Riverside is farther for me but they are 100% top notch everytime.
Excellent service as always! I have to admit, I came in right before closing to grab a late-night boost, and they were more than happy to help me out. I've mentioned it before, but my only suggestion is that the management should find a way to allow customers to tip the baristas with credit or debit cards.
The staff at this Starbucks consistently prepares rich, delicious espresso. They truly care about the quality of what they serve. Plus, they're friendly and kind. Wow... thank you! Just look at that scrumptious foam in the picture!
The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the location is great with ample parking. It's an excellent place for coffee, and the nitro cold brew is outstanding!

My online order took almost 30 minutes, and I had to ask them to check on it because it hadn’t been prepared; they had overlooked it.
