This is my second negative review at this particular location. I've managed Starbucks before and I and very dissatisfied with their service. This time, I came in there were four people behind the counter and no one said hello. I can deal with that but I waited a few minutes and then The barista asked me if I had a mobile order and she just handed me my drink. No smile no thank you nothing. Remember the consumers are the ones that keep your job. The store manager needs to do better with teaching The team how to be warm and welcoming and also show gratitude.
