I visited this Starbucks location earlier tonight to pick up my weekly bag of beans for my morning coffee. I want to thank the baristas for their help, as they are always friendly and helpful. This Starbucks was actually the first one I ever visited, back in the late 90s or early 2000s. I often come here because I shop at Ralphs across the parking lot, and I like to shop at night. Since the Starbucks inside Ralphs closes at 9:00pm, it's convenient that this location is open until 11pm. I work nearby and always go to this Starbucks. Today, 12/12/22 around 5:25 pm the cashier who was charging me (bright red dyed hair, a lot of makeup) charged me for a wrong drink, and when I got it, as soon as I saw it, I said that I asked for a different drink, the barista that made my drink said that he’ll redo it, but then the girl who was cashiering, in a very rude manner, said that I asked for a “matcha lemonade”, even though I always get the same drink, go to this Starbucks and get matcha latte. She was so rude and caught me so off guard that I even apologized. Then, she proceeded to tell me she will recharge me on the side, and I followed her. I told her that I asked for a latte, and...
1. When I was placing my order, she was engaged in a personal conversation with a coworker, causing me to have to wait for her to finish before I could repeat my order for the third time.
2. After taking my order, she made a negative comment about the drink I had ordered to her coworker instead of informing me of a cheaper way to order it.
3. When I was waiting for my croissant, ALESSANDRA audibly showed annoyance at having to bring it to me, which left me feeling disgusted. I had done nothing to warrant such behavior.

I get coffee here every week. If it's your birthday, make sure you have your ID on you if the app doesn't work; otherwise, you're likely to be denied here in the excuse that you've already redeemed it. : I don't carry ID on me due to safety, so thanks for ruining my morning over $6. Typical Starbucks food and drink. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor seating area. It is on a main st. I worked from the outdoor table ans the traffic did sometimes get loud and made it a little hard for phone calls, but I was also at a table directly next to the road rather than one closer to the store. Shaded tables as well
Mikey is absolutely fantastic!!! There are only two people working, Mikey and Natalie. They make a great team, even though they seemed to be busy. The customer service is excellent, and the overall service is top-notch. If Mikey is working, you can expect your drinks to be outstanding. The night crew is the best.
We are not normally Starbucks people but being from out of town we had to settle We had THE BEST experience here. Everyone was super nice, everything we ate/drank was delicious and if we're ever in California again, we will be back!
