Starbucks - Table reservation

Being Saturday July 8 at approximately 7:40 am I was at the Starbucks in Stirling and 95, I went to pick up an order that were 2 drinks, when I arrived at the place there are 3 people working, none of the 3 greeted me, They are serving another person, we were only 2 customers in the place, I see that they have finished serving this customer and they still do not serve me and I tell them, the girl I think is called Ann begins to serve me, she puts one of the drinks in the bag and starts to make a meal, in my order I do not have food, only drinks, she in a very good mood at all times dancing to the rhythm of the song they were playing, she is very happy, after a while she realizes that I am st...

Would appreciate it if barristas could take two extra seconds to ensure the lid is secure on the cup before serving it to the customer. It is not that difficult. We ordered a hot latte. They didn't put the lid on correctly. The lid popped off the top of the cup like it was spring loaded, with drink and foam going all over the uber and my boyfriend's shorts while we were in transit to our cruise. It was not a good way to start our vacation.

Place is a joke, one poor girl running drive through and two hot bar and cold drinks, and they do one ticket at a time. They need to get some stuff together, I go to a lot of Starbucks they don’t have the time to make drinks proper and took 30 mins and inside wasn’t busy at all…

Raffa was the person who took my order and was amazing! It’s not often you feel like you’re in a small cute coffee shop but she made me feel like I was in Italy! Even talked to me about where she was from there!Food: 5/5
