Very clean and modern looking Starbucks location. It’s attached to the Hackensack Hospital and can get pretty busy. There’s a smallish parking lot that has a attendant but is free for customers. Staff here are friendly. My order ahead orders are usually ready when I arrive. Due to COVID, there are only a few dine-in tables available.
Andrea is the sweetest thing! I was waiting a few minutes for my beverage and so she started making conversation with me to kill the time. I had a rough so it really meant the world to me. She works so efficiently and is just such a friendly face. She’s always hustling and her work ethic deserves to be recognized.
I tried the new caramel Ribbon crunch creme Frappuccino blended beverage and it was the best drink ever so far. It seems Starbucks stepping up their game. The heated cheese danish was delicious. This location really does a great job. The staff are friendly and great.
It's a Starbucks, so you know what they have. However, they have great flow and serve the hospital staff right there, so their coffee is always fresh. Call in your order if you want to get in and out quick.
